Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for an experienced professional to join our Customer Service Team as Customer Service Engineer. This position will be responsible to provide services to the customers during installation of the machines and its entire life cycle.


  • Perform retrofit actions and machine repairs, inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare and submit timesheets, service reports, delegation reports, drawings and other documents related to the assigned task.
  • Perform technical assistance, training and other after sales services of the machines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customer technicians duringps or maintenance jobs.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with customers.
  • Sharing of experience and feedback to other projects and functions.
  • Report after sales opportunities at the customer site.
  • Compliance with processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Any other related tasks assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Higher technical education with further training in Customer Service is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar industry.
  • Fluent communication skill in English and French language.
  • Willingness to travel.

  • Ability to deliver good customer service on resolving issues and completing the scope of service in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization.
