Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative professional to join our Marketing team as a Content Writer, for one of our B2B businesses. You will be responsible for creating original content that will drive lead generation. This position plays a critical role in expanding our digital presence, engaging key audiences while building distribution channels for our content. You will report directly to the Director of Global Marketing.Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content in both English and French;
  • Develop content for blogs, articles, e-books, product descriptions, social media and the company website;
  • Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies;
  • Conduct keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website;
  • Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience;
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company’s current content;
  • Monitor company’s Social Media activity providing accurate reports and analysis;
  • Generate high quality content that breaks through the noise for social media, websites, newsletters, and any other distribution channels;
  • Elaborate marketing materials (like presentations, e-books, whitepapers, client references, etc);
  • You just happen to be familiar in digital marketing best practices including SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media;
  • The company is based in United States, so you need to have demonstrating written & spoken English proficiency.

Requirements

  • Exceptional English skills, able to create various types of content targeting the US market
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience writing content or copywriting experience, preferably in an SEO agency or in a B2B company
  • Strong researching skills
  • A portfolio of published articles.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Effective communication skills
