Poste proposé : Sales Drone Manager (Rwanda)We are looking to hire an enthusiast Sales Drone Manager to join our team in Rwanda.
The Sales Drone Manager to join and support to build up the initial retail presence on an operational and strategic level, and additionally develop UAS opportunities and generate sales network. As the Sales Drone Manager, you will be a primary driver for landing new clients and expanding our business into a variety of commercial industries. You will qualify the increasing volume of inbound leads from marketing activity, while also working within our sales team to actively prospect into strategic accounts. This is a unique opportunity to join and shape a fast-growing sales team and accelerate the growth of the commercial UAS drone industry as a whole.
Your Key Duties and Responsibilities will be but not limited to:
− Work proactively with external customers and internal stakeholders across departments and operating units to execute structured and planned business development and capture initiatives;
− Build a strong partnership with different software companies to offer specific and professional solution;
− Gather intelligence through customer interaction and market analysis to identify strategic new business opportunities;
− Develop presentations that communicate growth strategies and plans to senior management;
− Develop the solution for each application and commercial materials for each type of application and solution;
− Perform research activities in support of new business development, capture strategy, and proposal development;
− Identify new business opportunities by researching the industry, locating market information, and preparing market proposals across Africa;
− Organize a plan of 3 or 5 years to develop and strengthen image and reputation of NETIS in Africa related to drone activities working in relation with Marketing and Communication department;
− Build offer and budget for commercial opportunity;
− Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed within the scope of this role.
Profil recherché pour le poste : Sales Drone Manager (Rwanda)The Skills and Requirements for the role are:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field;
– At least 3 years’ experience in business development, marketing, program management, or similar responsibilities;
– Experience in Telecom, Mining, Geology, UAS company or any similar industry;
– Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills;
– Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
– Experience in developing and growing a business pipeline;
– Experience building strong customer relationships and strong internal and external teams with different cultures;
– Team player with an aptitude for technical solutions and problem-solving skill set;
– Proficient in all Microsoft Office suite;
– Capacity to work with other cultures and coordinate sales actions remotely
– Proficient in English and French
