Welovebuzz is looking for a Senior Production Manager to join the content team. This full-time role is available in Casablanca.

What you will do
- Serve as the lead producer on all video projects, including but not limited to
- Work with clients to develop creative concepts that achieve their business objectives and align with their brand identity
- Write treatments and scripts for a variety of video projects
- Manage timelines and budgets for video productions, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee all aspects of video production, from pre-production through post-production
- Hire and manage crews, including camera operators, editors, and other production staff
- Source and secure locations for video shoots
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers
- Coordinate with other departments within the company to ensure that all video production needs are met
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Manage the video production department’s budget
Ideal candidate
- 5+ years managing video production projects from start to finish
- Proficient in industry-standard video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong creative vision and storytelling ability
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
