Job Description

Poste proposé : Sales Representative/Manager – MarrakechSHELLBOXES is hiring a full-time Sales Representative and a Sales Manager. Those 2 positions report directly to the Head of Business Development and Head of Sales.

About You

As a member of the sales team, you will act as the face of the SHELLBOXES. Sales Representatives are our energetic entry-level pipeline builders and sales staff.

Day-to-day activities will include: 

  • Research sectors to identify promising Leads
  • Build pipelines
  • Schedule appointments
  • Support and shadow Head of sales as they move prospective clients down the sales funnel (only for sales representative)
  • Manage and clean data for accurate reporting

Your primary KPI will be your sales revenue by keeping up with your sales quotas and achieve your Quarterly Objectives, you will be able to move up.


  • Lead generation
  • Efficiently Qualify, Progress, and Close sales opportunities
  • Conference attendances
  • In-person meetings
  • Interact with the technical teams for client requests
  • Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each Deal is passed to the Onboarding team to agreed standards
  • Manage sales representatives ( For Sales Manager)

  • Proven experience of minimum 3 years (Only For Sales Manager position)
