We are seeking Remote customer support agents. The service must be provided fluent in English and Spanish.
– Provide excellent customer support via chat and email.
– Assisting our customers with their queries.
– Providing a first-time resolution to customer queries.
– Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of customer queries.
– Escalating queries when necessary.
– Provide solutions to everyday customer queries with a customer-oriented approach.
– Compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area in scope.
– Desire to help customers as best as possible and willing to contribute to the team’s success / be a team-player.
– Self-starter with the ability to positively influence team members.
– Flexible and willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift. Specific shifts may include morning shifts, day shifts, night shifts and overnight shifts.
– Online troubleshooting technical issues relating to customers and products.
– Knows how to act fast on the customers requires
– Goal-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
– Be customer obsessed.
– Fluent level of English and Spanish,
– Experience in Customer Support would be considered an advantage
– Competence with Zendesk (or other ticketing processor systems) and live chat is preferred.
